European Internships has been offering volunteering placements around the world for more than 10 years and we are delighted to be able to offer a diverse array of volunteering internships for those who would like the chance to volunteer in a foreign country whilst practicing their foreign language skills.
We realise and understand that there are many people out there who have studied a foreign languge at school and are quite frankly tired of learning Spanish in a classroom setting. Therefore, this is why we have established links with various companies and organisations around the world, to create a variety of volunteering opportunities for those who would like such an experience. The aim of our volunteer programmes is to really immerse the participant within the local community of the foreign country and principally to help them to practice their language skills.
Volunteering can be a truly rewarding experience both professionally and personally. On a personal note it allows you to socialise, promote good health, learn new skills and to have fun. The professionally it enables you to develop and enhance upon those all important transferable skills, such a teamwork, communication, time management and of course foreign language skills.
Our volunteering placements are varied and cover most sectors all around the world. We believe that volunteering abroad is an excellent way to get in touch with local people, build bridges, learn or practice a new lenguage, build an international network of friends, make a social contribution, live abroad and most importantly have an enjoyable and unique experience!
We can provide placements to meet either your professional, educational or personal desires. Some of the possible choices include social work, education, tourism, monument restoation, museums, exhitions etc. We have connections with many different placements across the world including countries such as the EU, South Africa, Latin America, and Australia etc. Bear in mind that we can tailor the programme to suit what´s best for you, in the time period you have and where you would like to volunteer.
