The New
Courses and Spanish culture: an internships in Salamanca.
One of our U.S. students, Justine Ellis, took part in one of our program that aimed to learning Spanish language and culture. Justine made a practice in Salamanca consisting of analyzing the phenomenon of immigration in Spain and Salamanca.
During her work, Justine analyzed the immigrant population in Salamanca, knew first hand how the social and welfare system works in Spain for an interesting fieldwork based on interviews with associations, NGOs and social bodies in Salamanca.
In her conclusions, Justine offers tips for living in Salamanca and learning Spanish.
